To my understanding, freemasonary is nothing more then a pursuit to supreme spirtuality, and utimately that means becoming like God, or in christanity, become like jesus because he is God,so we been thought. At any rate, part of the essence of existing is to build character, and become spirtually sychronize with what put us here. Regardless of what means one takes, one shouldnt hate on the way others do things, and associated with satan. What if what you been thought, and condition to believe is false? And the ones who know the true keep it secretive? hence secret society. I do agree that this video is kinda weird and disturbing. But Jay-Z does have to continuously stay above the rest. So maybe that's why he chose to portray these images in his video.
